Susan Sparks, a native of Paris, Kentucky, graduated from Bourbon County High School. She received her dental hygiene degree from the Lexington Community College in 1998. She has been at Park Hills Family Dentistry since 2007.

Susan enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband, two children, and two dogs.
